Allan Campbell is an experienced business executive in both the private and NFP sectors with a strong background in business transformation and growth strategy development. As an independent consultant Allan has worked with a number of high profile international organisations to develop their strategic planning and risk management structures to drive positive growth and stakeholder engagement. Allan’s aim is to expand GenWHY’s reach and maximise the positive impact the organisation has on its members, whilst ensuring the group’s long term viability and integration within the mental health sector. Allan joined the board as chairman in 2016.

<h3><b>Mark Jeffery</b></h3>

Mark Jeffery joined the board in 2014 and resumed the role of Chairman until 2016. Mark currently runs his own Organisational Development firm specialising in strategic planning and culture transformation for small and large businesses. Mark has a psychology qualification and brings with him a wealth of experience having sat on a number of Not For Profit boards as well as a Government board. He brings to the board expertise in strategic planning, governance, funding and expanding not for profits.

Anna Sloboda is our Company Secretary (MEc., EMBA, F FIN, FGIA, GAICD) and brings to the board of Bluebird strong experience in Corporate Governance, Compliance, Finance and Risk Management as well as proven track record in fundraising. Anna is a mining entrepreneur, a Founder and Managing Director of an offshore phosphate explorer, Red Citadel Resources Pty Ltd. Prior to it, she was a founding principal and senior executive of Trans-Tasman Resources Ltd (TTR), an offshore iron ore explorer and developer in New Zealand. Anna has held a number of senior financial roles in top tier international and Australian corporations – Curtin University of Technology and Clough Ltd in Perth, Lehman Brothers, Deloitte & Touche and Merck KGaA in Europe. Anna is a Fellow of Governance Institute of Australia, Graduate member of the AICD, Fellow of FINSIA (Financial Services Institute of Australasia), she holds an Executive MBA degree of Melbourne Business School and Master’s Degree in Economics of Belarusian State University.

Zoe Langford-Smith joined the Bluebird board in January 2016 and has an impressive corporate marketing history. Zoe currently works for JAZ Design and Marketing as the General Manger however has previously worked in local government and education. Years of a strong marketing focus across a range of disciplines, has positioned Zoe as our marketing powerhouse. Zoe has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Management and is currently undertaking her MBA. Zoe has a wealth of knowledge in strategic marketing, branding, social media, events, project management, community engagement, sponsorship and copy-writing. Zoe is passionate about making a difference in the mental health space and is working towards making some noise for Bluebird.

Amanda Stephenson, Founder of Bluebird, was determined to use her own experience with depression to help others. Amanda experienced first-hand the gap in services and accessibility of support for adults over 25 experiencing depression and decided that something needed be done. Amanda brings her lived experience, her understanding of the barriers facing those seeking support and the determination to change the face of mental illness in Western Australia. Amanda is passionate about helping people gain the information, resources, skills, connections and inspiration to recover from a mental illness and effectively manage their mental health and well-being.
